I'm 12 weeks out of total knee replacement still having trouble sleeping through the night but no longer on pain pills just ibuprofen lots of pain when I work out or just walk the biggest thing for me is riding a bike my knee clunks everytime it goes around when I think there should be a smooth movement no impact I get a clunk the doctor says it's fine I'm just having a hard time dealing with it
