I decided to have my knee replacement surgery after spending a year with doctors trying to find the answer to my pain problems. Since no real answers were found, I chose to take matters into my own hands and have the hardware fixed.

Right foot surgery in April for bunion and hammertoe, resulting in a plate a fuzed big toe. Left foot surgery in August for bunion and three hammertoes. Fourteen weeks off my feet so far this year.

November 10th I will have a total knee joint replacement in the hopes to get rid of constant pain. I have very limited mobility in the right knee.

I'm excited for my new life!!!

you have gone through an awful lot already but I'm sure this will be a winner!! it is hard work for a few weeks afterwards but the relief from chronic pain is incredible!!

Truthfully it is a lot more than a few weeks or a few months. I am 9 weeks and still have a different pain mainly on the top, and the stiffness keeps returning. I pray all this will get better over time. Some say months. But remember EVERYONE HEALS DIFFERENTLY DUE TO YOUR DNA AND UNDERLYING ISSUES. Wishing you the best recovery ever!
