I am having TKR on Aug 18 2016 which is also my 32nd anniversary! I'm excited to walk normal again but am having off the charts anxiety and not able to sleep. Doing this so I can do things with my grandson. Any advice would be helpful.

Best of luck tomorrow. It is so common to have anxiety before this procedure. Try to relax as much as possible. We recommend to read and study our article in the Post-op section -> Road to Recovery. It will give you realistic expectations and goals during your healing.
