Stories - How my life changed after knee replacement:

Now 10-weeks post OP, and Yes, still achy and still swells but today, this lady got to participate with her athletes while doing cardio line drills during group fitness this morning! No hard jumps; low impact steps but a huge improvement since last week. I can tell you that my knee doesn’t sound like it crumbles anymore and I’m starting to feel better walking without the limp after limping for nearly 3-years! Left leg is already scheduled and praying for a quick and successful recovery like this first one! 2019 is my year to finally fix myself! Watch out 2020! :)
