I was doing great and at 5 weeks my range of motion was 100. I could walk with a normal gait, was not taking any pain medication, was sleeping well, etc. Then my physical therapist put 200 pounds on the leg press and had me do 10 reps. That night my knee blew up and swells and I had a big balloon at the back underside of the knee. The next time I went in my range of motion was back to 87. The knee is stiff and I lost two weeks worth of hard work. Needless to say I am not a happy camper!
